Lee has been training dogs for 15 years, specifically specialising in working breeds, but also pet training within his boarding & training Kennels, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the role as chair. He has owned and managed a 5-star licensed kennel and training centre for 8 years and a training centre and fields prior to this for many years. His background includes hands-on experience with training and rescue animals through volunteering, fostering, and rehabilitating dogs for other rescues to support local rescues. He started out training detection and patrol dogs for the police and military before moving over to the pet industry and being a senior trainer within the centres for over 10 years working with all kinds of pets from crazy cocker spaniels to timid chihuahuas. Along side the training passion, is a deep understanding and love for dogs and a mission to help as many as possible!

Georgia brings an impressive background in animal welfare, with over 7 years of experience as a groomer and grooming salon manager running salons in some of the largest pet store companies in the UK. Over the last 4 years, she has expanded her skills into animal behaviour and dog training, earning a level 4 advanced canine behaviour higher diploma and completing further training with FTK9 Ltd. Her progression to trainer and senior manager status demonstrates her dedication and capability, making her an invaluable asset to the team! Her passion for dogs is reflected in the lengths she'll go to for these dogs, from driving all over the country at the drop of a hat to buying all the dogs chicken nuggets on their way to us!
She's is also our main point of contact and will be the one you speak to when getting in touch about anything!

Jeongyhun (yun) is a highly qualified behaviourist with degrees in canine behaviour and training earned from both Korean universities and UK universities. His remarkable achievements include managing over 150 rescue dogs at the Abandoned Animal Welfare Association, where he successfully rehomed more than 200 dogs in just 10 months. His expertise encompasses training and problem behaviour modification for both shelter and pet dogs, as well as conducting regular training classes for adopters. For the past 2 years, he has further honed his skills in modern, positive training methods while working with FTK9 Ltd. Yuns extensive knowledge and practical experience bring a global perspective to the team

Anna has been working with and around dogs since as early as 2007 when she studied her national diploma in animal managment. Since then she has worked her way up to being a welfare assistant at different organisations before joing FTK9 LTD. Anna has completed many different qualifications over the years including a diploma in canine behaviour! Her commitment to furthering her knowledge shows how dedicated she is to our dogs futures and providing the best care possible for them.

Shannon is our newest member and the ultimate animal lover! She has completed her animal management and welfare qualifications and has since been building up her skills whilst working at FTK9's kennels and training centre which will be so welcomed in the rescue! She has mounds of love for all the dogs and is always doing fun enrichment with them from licky matts to training games. She has also began learning training skills and takes part in a lot of our environmental training.
